Swingtag String
Handspun organic Eri silk (‘peace’ silk or ahimsa silk) is a natural fibre favoured by Buddhist monks. It’s not cruel to silkworms, as the moths are able to escape through their open-ended cocoon, and it helps support rural and tribal women who make it in the humid climate of North East India.

Reusable mesh cotton bags
The cotton is sourced from farmers who are certified under international labelling organisations including Fairtrade, GOTS and SEDEX. Using organic GOTS-certified cotton (pesticide-free) and non-toxic inks and dyes that are REACH compliant. The bags are made in an ethical production centre in Pondicherry India, with 9 out of 10 people being women. These women are pillars of their community, with the vast majority being the main breadwinners of their family. They work across all aspects of the business. Our production partner is committed to limiting plastic use and Co2 emissions across the business, for example, they package finishing items using newspaper and offcuts instead of poly bags.
