Carbon Neutral Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING & CUSTOMS
Customers purchasing from the UK, and those purchasing from within the EU with an order value below €150 will have orders delivered with all tax and duty paid. These costs are included in the final purchase price, and you should not have to pay any further fees to receive your order.

For those customers within the EU with an order value that is above €150, and for all other international orders, please be aware that you will be charged for the products and shipping costs only, therefore you may be liable for import duty and tax depending on your local customs regulations. Please ensure that you are comfortable with the potential additional charges before making your purchase. Note that many countries have minimum thresholds so import tax or duty will not be applicable.

We aim to process all orders within 1-3 days and ship using the most reliable carrier for your destination.

CARBON NEUTRAL SHIPPING
For every order we receive, a formula is used to calculate the estimated shipping emissions. Based on those estimates, a portion of our revenue goes to carbon removal companies that have been vetted by scientists from Carbon Direct. Those companies use that money to remove however much carbon our shipments created. Any extra funds go toward the further development of carbon removal technologies.

RETURNS
SIMPATICO has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Note, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To start a return, contact us at info@simpatico.world with your order number - it's always helpful for us to know why you are returning the item as well.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send guidelines on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
SIMPATICO products are handmade therefore variations in size, colour and finish are to be expected. Please contact us immediately if you believe an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. It is important to us that you are happy.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
