Simpatico is a conscious home and lifestyle brand that works with a global network of artisans to create handcrafted furnishings from natural and recycled materials.

Founded by London-based Imogen Varma, Simpatico grew out of years of travel and a genuine obsession with what she found along the way — weavers in Bali, dyers in Jaipur, makers in Oaxaca whose skills have been passed down through generations. Each collection pays homage to the cultures they come from, and to Imogen's own British and Indian heritage.

The belief behind everything is simple: a beautiful space is built from objects with meaning. Each Simpatico piece is handcrafted — by artisans carrying generational skills, or artists pushing craft in new directions.

Now SIMPATICO has found its focus. After having her son, Imogen was drawn to the same things she'd always loved — a contemporary aesthetic paired with handcraft skills — and realised that nurseries, playrooms and children's spaces were a natural fit for organic, artisanal objects and the stories behind them. The same craft, the same intention — just with family life in mind.
